AMI Accreditation Visits

A Primary teacher shares a lesson to several students gathered around a rug.

We recently welcomed AMI Consultants at the Toddler and Primary levels, as we go through the re-accreditation process for Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) this year. We will host the AMI Elementary Consultation in March.

This important process happens every three years and allows us to continue to hold the highest accreditation worldwide for Montessori. It is a point of pride for Arbor that all of our classroom guides hold a Masters-level AMI diploma at least at the level where they teach, and many of our guides hold AMI diplomas in other levels as well.

These visits allow us to continue to grow professionally, with support and guidance from respected advisors from the greater Montessori community.

The consultants who have been here have been so impressed with the quality of practice they have observed. We are an incredibly lucky community to have an amazing group of practitioners working with our children.
