Summer Camp

In 2026, Arbor will host Toddler and Primary Summer Camps at our Lavista Campus in the new Ironwood Building. Arbor Summer Camp is available to children who are enrolled in Arbor's Toddler and Primary Programs for the 2026-2027 School Year.

Toddler Summer Camp

Toddler Summer Camp is open to any child enrolled in an Arbor Toddler class for August 2026. Summer Camp provides children, ages 18 months to 3 years old, a consistent, fun experience that integrates the essential foundations of a Montessori education. All Toddler Summer Camps are filled for 2025-2026 and have a waitlist.

Primary Summer Camp

Primary Summer Camp is open to any child enrolled in an Arbor Primary class for August 2026. Arbor’s Primary Summer camp provides children, ages 3 to 6 years, a fun and enriching experience that builds upon the skills learned during the school year, while offering parents flexibility and convenience. Most Primary Summer Camps are filled for 2025-2026 and have a waitlist.

Themes & Activities

Children at both levels will explore monthly themes and work on creative activities and crafts within the familiar surroundings of the prepared Toddler and Primary environments. Our trained Montessori guides and assistant teachers will provide a safe, consistent routine that encourages exploration, independence, and growth over the summer months.

Primary and Toddler Summer Camps will explore similar themes, while lessons and activities will be developmentally appropriate for each level. Weekly schedules will be provided to families so they are aware of the activities and any needed appointments can be scheduled around any planned activities and crafts.

Registration

A separate Summer Camp Contract must be completed for each individual child enrolling in Summer Camp. Payment and billing is completed through FACTS accounts. Payment in full for all sessions is required by April 30th, 2025. Billing questions should be directed to Stephanie Roberts, Arbor’s Accounting and Benefits Coordinator, at stephanier@arbormontessori.org

2026 Summer Camp Sessions

June 2026: Real Heroes — People, Places, & Things

Children will explore what it means to be a hero through stories of everyday people, meaningful places, and inspiring tools that help others. Through hands-on activities and imaginative play, campers will discover courage, kindness, and service in ways that feel accessible and empowering. This theme encourages children to see themselves as helpers and heroes in their own communities.

July 2026: The Natural World

Campers will dive into the wonders of the natural world, from plants and animals to weather, landforms, and ecosystems. Guided by Montessori principles, children will explore nature through sensory experiences, outdoor exploration, and scientific curiosity. This theme fosters respect for the environment while nurturing observation, independence, and a sense of awe for the world around us.
