Admissions Process

All prospective families should take the opportunity to observe one of our Montessori classrooms in action. During this parent-only morning, you will spend thirty minutes observing in a classroom, and then attend a Q&A with Arbor’s administrative or enrollment leaders. Guided observations take place on most Thursdays throughout the year; you’re invited to schedule your guided observation when submitting an inquiry.

Applications for the 2025-2026 school year will open on October 1st, 2024. After submitting your application, you can track its status through each stage of our admissions process. If you have not already done so, please submit an inquiry and schedule your first visit to our campus to observe in the classroom.

When your application is completed, Arbor’s enrollment team will schedule parent interviews and child visits. Schedules vary throughout the year, depending on the age and curriculum level of your child. We look forward to getting to know your family better through these meetings.

We will notify your family of the admissions decision. You will be asked to sign an enrollment contract and submit a payment of $1,500 after acceptance of our offer. This deposit is applied toward your child’s tuition.
