Admissions Process

Are you interested in applying to our school? We look forward to meeting you and getting to know your child! These steps will walk you through the process:

01
Contact Our Admissions Office
It’s never too early to begin the application process. Liticia Weissinger,  admissions liaison, can be reached via phone or email liticiaw@arbormontessori.org. Your first conversation will be a chance to let us know how old your child is and what program you are interested in applying for. We will invite you to schedule (hyperlink to Calendly) a visit to the school so that you may tour the campus and see in person what we have to offer.
02
Schedule a Tour
Initial visits are scheduled for weekday mornings. This gives prospective families a chance to see the uninterrupted morning work cycle: a hallmark of Montessori education. Your visit will start with a tour of the school followed by the opportunity to meet with our administrative staff to ask any question you may have. Please note that these initial visits are for adults only. You can schedule your tour here (hyperlink to Calendly).
03
Apply Online
Applying is easy using our Online Application. You can also track the status of your application once it has been submitted. Please note there is a non-refundable application fee of $100 per child.
04
Schedule a Parent Interview and Child Visit
Arbor’s admissions office will contact you to arrange a time for a parent interview and child visit.  Children applying for the Toddler program will not have a child visit. We look forward to getting to know your family better through this process.
05
Join the Community!
You will be asked to sign an enrollment contract and submit a payment of $1500 after acceptance of our offer of admission. This first payment will be applied toward your child’s tuition. Find out what it means to be a part of our community! Connect with us on social media to find out about events and to learn even more about what we have to offer.

Schedule a Visit for Your Child

We invite children to come spend some time in one of our classrooms. They will have a chance to meet the teachers and other students, as well as explore the classroom environment. Our teachers will have an opportunity to work with your child and learn more about their interests. The amount of time spent in the classroom will vary, depending on your child’s age and comfort level.
