Primary and Elementary conferences are held in the fall and spring. Adolescent Program conferences are held in the fall, winter and spring. Sign-up for conferences is handled through our online scheduling service, Schoolicity™.
Before each conference time, teachers will send a “Getting Ready for Conferences” form for parents to fill out. Please take this opportunity to communicate the items you would like to cover during the conference; this is very helpful to the teacher and provides a spring-board for effective discussions. You will receive a written report prior to conferences detailing your child’s progress.
During conferences, older students may sit quietly outside the classroom while their parents are in the conference if permission has been given by the teacher ahead of time. Adolescent Program conferences may be conducted on a different schedule and require the student’s participation.
